Planning the Stadium Project

The first step in any stadium construction process is detailed planning. A well-structured stadium project considers capacity goals, functional areas, and compliance with international standards. Architects, engineers, and field specialists work collaboratively during this stage. The entire process is shaped according to the investor’s expectations and the project’s feasibility is assessed. Site Selection and Feasibility Studies

The location of the stadium is chosen based on criteria such as transportation access, infrastructure, soil surveys, and surrounding environment. Feasibility studies are crucial for ensuring the sustainability and long-term profitability of the investment. The site’s topography and geological suitability are analysed by expert teams. This ensures the stadium is built on solid ground. We have conducted these studies in many different geographies.

Architectural and Structural Design Process

Football stadium design combines aesthetics with engineering. Factors like stand inclination, spectator sightlines, acoustics, and emergency exits are defined in this phase. Structural calculations ensure the safety and longevity of the construction. Accessibility for disabled spectators and VIP areas are also integrated into the design. Infrastructure and Ground Preparation

Before construction begins, ground stabilisation, drainage, and foundation systems are established. Excavation and backfilling operations are performed when necessary. These works ensure the structural integrity and long-term usability of the stadium. Sites with poor infrastructure may face major issues in the future. That’s why we place great emphasis on infrastructure and conduct each phase with precision.

Installation of Stands and Roof Systems

The spectator stands are built using either reinforced concrete or steel structures. Roof systems are added as required, designed to withstand weather loads such as wind and snow. Comfort and safety in the stands directly impact the spectator experience. For this reason, we construct all grandstand systems in accordance with international safety standards.
